The original Heukorb is a shape-retaining, freely swinging slow feeder – developed to extend hay-feeding times and create a calmer daily routine for horses.
Designed for open stables, paddock trails, private horse keepers and natural horse management. No electricity, no elaborate feeding technology, and room for up to 10 kg of hay.
What makes the Heukorb different
Hay stays loose
The internal spiral keeps the basket in shape. Unlike an ordinary hay net, the horse cannot press the hay against a fixed surface.
Freely swinging
The Heukorb moves while the horse eats, encouraging changing head and body positions instead of one fixed feeding posture.
Simple in everyday use
A wide opening, quick filling and generous capacity. For storage or transport, the basket can be compressed flat.

The Heukorb was not conceived at a desk. It grew out of years of practical experience with easy-keeping horses and feeding times that were simply too short.
Its distinctive design is our own protected invention and has been tested in everyday use over many years.
